Solid unit with enchanced receptivity. Even though no commercial maps can be installed you can still use this unit with paper maps, computerized mapping programs or any other source of data. All you really need to go geocaching, .Although the units with color screens and mapping abilities are our preference the price of this unit still makes it attractive.
You shoud note that the unit does not come with a cable to link to a computer. It is a proprietary Garmin serial interface cable.
